A native Floridian, Kadie grew up in the St. Petersburg area. She attended the University of South Florida where she received her Bachelors in Business Administration and Marketing. After graduating, Kadie gained diverse professional experience ranging from working in corporate insurance to owning her own international company.
Kadie has two children (14 and 9 years old) and was able to stay home and be a full-time mom for a few years. Becoming a mom fostered her love for children and her passion to help others. She worked as a Pre-K teacher for a private school and then with Pinellas County Schools for several years before her personal experience led her into a new career with KDM Counseling Group.
Experiencing her own personal high conflict divorce ignited a passion in Kadie to help other couples navigate the emotional and practical challenges that come with divorce. She brings a sense of calmness, clarity and strength to the process. Kadie has experience in navigating the family and criminal courts, custody issues, domestic violence, and mental health concerns. She is a Certified Divorce Coach, Family Mediator and Domestic Violence Advocate.
When she is not working, Kadie loves spending time on the water with her children; boating, fishing or paddle boarding. She is passionate about animal rescue and loves her third child, a rescue dog, Miss Rosie Jane. She also enjoys interior design, running, music and a good game of dominoes or bananagrams!
