As a life-long learner, Amy continues to grow her knowledge in ways to best serve couples navigate difficulties in marriage and partnerhood as well as parenting and additional relationships.

In her free time, Amy can be found at a CrossFit Gym, coaching little league on a softball field or in the kitchen baking French macarons.
